Notice of the launch of the soybean dashi pack

We have launched a dashi pack from a soybean roastery, in which you eat all of the ingredients too.

We consulted a dashi sommelier on the flavor combinations and were particular about the ingredients used.

Two years in development, a product we can deliver to everyone is now complete.

It is a truly delicious product. Until the end of June, we are selling a trial 2-pack at a limited-time price. We would be delighted if you would take this opportunity to give it a try!!

For the ingredients used, we combined roasted soybeans made with domestic soybeans (soybean dashi), gently flavored yet satisfying dried shiitake—shiitake grown on logs and slowly dried at low temperature using a traditional method—and Hokkaido kombu.

It draws a basic dashi that goes with any dish.

*The shape and size of the shiitake and kombu vary by season.

*The shiitake is deliberately broken up to bring out the umami.

Drawing the dashi is easy!!

Just add 650 cc of boiling water to one dashi pack and let it sit for 5–6 hours!

It's packed with umami, so with just a little seasoning your osumashi is complete.

(As a characteristic of soybeans, it becomes slightly cloudy when heated.)

After enjoying a dashi where you can feel the gentle flavor of the soybeans, the bag opens easily by hand, so you can deliciously enjoy the dashi residue as an ingredient.

It is also perfect for those particular about their ingredients, those interested in shojin (Buddhist vegetarian) cuisine, and vegans and vegetarians.

Rich in umami, it is ideal for children's meals and food education as well.
