Our soybean roastery has been awarded the Grand Prize in the Innovation category at the "6th Chie-1 Grand Prix Final" hosted by the Kyoto Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
We are deeply honored to have our efforts, which have leveraged kinako roasting techniques to develop a new soybean dashi, recognized here in Kyoto, a city where washoku (Japanese food) culture is deeply rooted.
Our soybean roastery began with kinako making. Through repeated trial and error, we have continued our journey while facing worries and doubts, believing in the potential of soybeans. We feel that this award gives form to that accumulated effort.
Moreover, this award belongs not to us alone, but to everyone we have met and who has supported us along the way. We sincerely thank all of you who continue to support us every day.
We believe that expanding the possibilities of soybeans will become a force for confronting environmental challenges, protecting the value of agricultural products, and connecting to the tables of the future. Encouraged by this award, we will continue to take on even greater challenges.
We also plan to exhibit at FOODEX JAPAN 2026 @ Tokyo Big Sight, which opens on March 10, 2026. We will do our utmost to help more people learn about the products of our soybean roastery.
We look forward to your continued support of our soybean roastery.
