Fundo-jirushi Fine Mochiko (22kg) is a confectionery-grade mochiko made by polishing, drying, and milling glutinous rice. With a chewy texture and moderate elasticity, it is used in a wide range of rice-based wagashi such as daifuku, skewered dango, and kusamochi.
