Futagawa Kuzu (5kg×4) is a hon-kuzu (kudzu starch) extracted and refined from high-quality domestic kudzu roots such as those from Yoshino and Nara. It is characterized by a highly refined, beautifully white finish and a smooth, elastic texture. When heated, it forms a translucent gel, and it has long been favored by wagashi artisans nationwide as the star ingredient in summer classic wagashi such as kuzukiri, mizu manju, and kuzu yokan.
