Mochi-ko (Jet-Milled) (20kg) is a confectionery mochi-ko made by polishing, drying, and milling glutinous rice. With its chewy texture and moderate elasticity, it is used across a wide range of mochi confections such as daifuku, kushi dango, and kusa mochi.
